"Dear all, today we obtained interlocutory orders from the Constitutional Court against the Kenya Police, the Provinsional Administration and the private developer baring them from evicting the mechanics (clients) from the suit property. The matter is very sensitive and even the judge commented so but we are positive that subsequent proceedings will go on well and justice will be done.
We had a very large group of our clients and some with spanners in court and a full media coverage (the prof Dennis Tollborg style). It worked.
